SNAP is the leading, online provider of professional voice recordings for business telephone systems. You can order custom voicemail greetings, promotional on-hold messages, announcements, prompts, or any other type of telephone recordings directly from our Website.

Using our online wizard, create professional quality telephone recordings and establish instant credibility with your callers. Simply register for a free account, type or paste your script into our message editor, choose your voice talent and music, and pay securely online. Your selected voice talent will record your script and our engineers will format the recording so that it is compatible with your phone system. We'll deliver your production within 5-7 business days (standard) or 2-3 days if you opt for rush delivery (available at an additional price).

We charge a flat fee of $50 per every 75 words.

Price is calculated from the cumulative word count of your production, which is tracked by SNAP's "Production Shopping Cart." As you create your production, the total word count and total cost update automatically as you input your script, change options and select add-ons.

Additional charges apply for the following options:
Background music: $50 per track
Proofreading: $12 per 75 words
Rush Delivery $50 for the first 75 words, $25 for each 75 words thereafter

Standard delivery is 5 to 7 business days. Rush delivery is 2 to 3 business days.

Just login to your SNAP Recordings account and select the "My Productions" tab. Here, you'll see the status of your production and be able to download it if it's complete.

At this time, we do not have a translation service available; however our Voice Talents who are bilingual in English and in Spanish are able to read scripts that have already been translated into Spanish. Note that you are responsible for providing an accurate translation of your script into Spanish.

SNAP offers a service that seamlessly inserts your recording into your voicemail system using a telephone audio patch. The patch bypasses your handset and records directly from our computer into your voicemail. This service is available for $15 per mailbox. Please note that this service is only available for voicemails that we are able to remotely access. We must have your passcode* and dial-in instructions to access your voicemail system. This service is also not available for voicemail systems that have a feature to upload your greeting online. Contact your telephone service provider for assistance with uploading your greeting, if necessary. This service is also unavailable for on-hold messages.

*You may choose to change your passcode temporarily to allow us access to your voicemail system, and change it back after we have inserted your greeting.

If your change is 75 words or less, choose the basic package for $50 and order your production. If necessary, reference your previous Production ID in the notes section. We can only retrieve previous audio files up to 30 days.

Please check the program in which you are listening to your recording. It may be set to "Fade Out." This is common in audio players like iTunes.
